During her tenure at the state, she supported the development of Certified Peer Specialists in the state Medicaid program, expanded the behavioral health managed care system statewide, launched a major permanent supportive housing initiative, and jointly initiated a criminal justice partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.
